Western PA Wesleyan Youth Summer Camp!

District Youth Camp is Here!

July 20th-25th

As our Western PA District Wesleyan Youth Camp approaches so does the level of excitement among our students. Last night when we asked who was coming to camp almost every hand went up.

For our students this level of anticipation isn't only because camp is one of the most fun things they'll do all year - it's also because camp is one of the most spiritually transformational things they'll do all year.

Renovated Cabins

Your teen will most likely be staying in a newly renovated cabin. These have bunks on the first level as well as an upper loft for additional sleeping. They also have full bathrooms and kitchens. They're equipped with electricity. Teens will bunk with their camp teams and counselors.

Cost: $235

$100 Deposit Due: Wednesday July 15th

Scholarships available: Ask Pastor Keith
Help your youth pastor and register as soon as you can :)

$235 for 5 days with full meals, a cabin, counselors, worship rallies, pool, canoeing, climbing wall, climbing tower, high ropes course, zip lines, and a schedule packed with activities planned just for you is an incredibly low cost rate. It is not unusual for a Christian camp to cost $500+

CAMP REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

WHAT TO BRING:

Everyone needs to bring bedding or a sleeping bag, pillow, towels, toiletries, sunscreen, clothes for varying weather conditions, swim suit or trunks, and a laundry bag. You also need to bring a Bible, pen and paper for taking notes, flashlight, and money for the Snack Stand. Also theme day props and attire. It'd be a great idea this year to bring a set of clothes that you're okay with getting destroyed.

WHAT NOT TO BRING:

Modesty in dress is expected. No bikinis, revealing or inappropriate clothing. No media devices, cell phones, laptops, video games, or two-way radios. Any electronics will be collected at registration and returned upon departure. No prank items as they will be confiscated with no return. There is a zero tolerance to any alcohol, tobacco, drugs, PDA (Public Displays of Affection), fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind including knives. Zero tolerance violators will be sent home.
